Which companies have carried successfully on the sports marketing online during the World Cup and Olympic Games?
I want to know that in detail. And thanks.

I assume you are talking about world cup of Football (soccer). Nike did online marketing during the 2006 Football world cup in Germany. The campaign was called Joga Bonita (means play beautiful in Portuguese). It was a portal developed by Nike along with Google. It was based on a social networking concept.

This featured top footballers like Ronaldinho, Fabio Cannavaro, Ronaldo, Adriano, Robinho, Mark Bresciano, Robbie Keane, Cesc Fàbregas, Wayne Rooney, Tim Howard, Zlatan Ibrahimović, Shinji Ono, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Carlos Tévez, Hidetoshi Nakata, Thierry Henry and more. Videos featuring these stars aired on TV too.

I need to evaluate the current acquisition strategy of a potential employer and I ‘m struggling with how to present my thoughts, how detailed should I get? I don’t want to give them a marketing plan (why hire me then?) but I do want to illustrate in a concise way what I think they can improve on and how I can help them do it. Any suggestions/resources?

You can give them the step or technique how to promote their business online.. Sorry, If I’m not answer your question.

How safe it is to outsource your internet marketing campaign from half across the globe? The trend nowadays is hiring a virtual employee to get the job done and I think it really cuts operation cost but what if your business really depends on it, would you entrust it to people who miles and miles away from you.

Actually if you hire the right people to do the job and you know where to look for them like with oDesk, it’s really safe plus it could really cut cost. But if you’re concern about your business’ reputation you might try to visit this link http://www.designtorontoweb.ca/services.… a friend of mine outsourced her web / online marketing with them.

for example with distribution, why would a B2B comapny choose to sell their products through one distribution channel and not another. With promotional strategies, how would the promotional strategies used to sell to a consumer differ from the promotional strategies used to sell to a another business. (advertising, sales promo, personal selling, or publicity/public relations).

You are asking many questions. It all boils down to what is the less cost for the most profit.

what are the principles of menu planning in a catering business? what are their marketing strategies?

principles…
-are items to be cooked on or off-site(will items hold well, etc…)?
-minimum and maximum number of guests per event?
-servers or buffet event?
-style? like formal or casual…
-food cost, variable/fixed expenses.. considered in pricing menu..
-menu? what type of cuisine…
-flexibility?…

hmmm… was that what you meant?

marketing strategies? who do you want to serve? weddings with hundreds of guests? office luncheons? it just all depends on who you are serving and where you think that you will find them.

I’m doing a marketing final based on the advertisement of cigarettes. To get myself started, I’m interested in what your cigarette of choice is, and if you’d like to include why, that would also be very helpful. With this information, I will then research the cigarette brand companies and try to infer how I would market these cigarettes. All answers greatly appreciated, thanks in advance! : )

CAMEL #9 or CAMEL MENTHAL CRUSH

I am a single mother of 1 and tired of working in corporate america. I want to learn how to market my Tahitian Noni network marketing business without targeting my friends and family. I want to come up with a great marketing idea that will not only help my business but others as well. Any suggestions?

Study simple internet marketing skills and use those techniques to generate your own leads for your business.
Hassling friends and family is not an effective way to build your business. These old tactics are responsible for the majority of failure in the industry.
Participating in forums that relate to your business helps to generate business leads. You can meet new people by providing information of value without spamming and put info about yourself in your profile page.
Submitting articles that are not salesy on the net are also great. The better the value of content, the more people will seek more info from you.
I built a website that is independent from the company I represent. This is also a great way to meet new people if you build the site right. One that is easily found on the major search engines.

Best Regards!

I want to start a website that will be a tool (like facebook, wikipedia, etc) and my brother tells me that it will cost 10,000 a month to advertise, market, and search engine optimize a month. From everything I have read this seems way off base…can you provide some insight into this for me?

Thanks!

That is not true. You could spend that much, but it would not be needed. I will be glad to give you some details on what good SEO will cost you. Why don’t you send me an e-mail?

My company is planning to take up training for our staff online, a different approach to the contemporary off line seminars. I would like to know whether any websites out there can help us in delivering best content and trainers on sales, marketing, time management, prospecting, etc,. and how long these web seminars lasts? what’s the price they are going to charge to attend these trainings?

Hi there,

I have attended online sales training programs from www.onlinetrainingexperts.com; they are professionals and all of their topics are content rich and delivered by Industry experts and top speakers like Jim Cathcart, Orvel Ray Wilson, Connie Kadansky, Karla Brandau, Jenae Rubin, Don McNamara, Alan Rigg, Tim Connor and many more.

Have a look at their offerings; the training programs they have are either Live or On Demand recorded versions. The training programs are only one hour long against off line seminars which are a day or half-day long. The price they charge for attending these training programs are $199/person.

All the best for innovative approach on staff training.
