Dave you make some great points in this video. I agree with you for the most part, but you never know where you are going to find your next superstar, especially if your opportunity is for real and you share workable methods and tools wit your team to put a huge net out there to fish with. Keep sharing. You know your stuff and the world needs to learn from people like you.
